Description
This manual was prepared to provide practical guidance to State, local, and other officials on criteria to use in planning protective actions for radiological emergencies that could present a hazard to the public. The guidance presented here is not intended as a substitute for, or an addemdum to, a State radiological emergency response plan. It is intended only to provide information for use in the development of such a plan
