Current loading in biperiodical structures in a stationary mode
Description
A numerical solution of the problem of charged-particle beam dynamics in a biperiodical slowing-down structure (BSDS) has been found. Problems of making allowances for beam current loads have been studied. For the analysis of the BSDS was used a network of coupled circuits. Expressions have been obtained for the electron energy at the BSDS output for the standing-wave linear electron accelerator as well as the coupling coefficient of the BSDS with the HF line corresponding to the maximum energy gain
