p-T-x-Phase equilibria in the Cd-Zn-Te system

Description
The available literature data on p-T-x equilibria were analyzed along with experimental studies conducted for vapor pressure in the system Cd-Zn-Te in the range of temperatures and pressures, which is of greatest interest for crystallization processes. The p-T-projection of p-T-x-y-phase diagram in the system Cd-Zn-Te is presented. The T-x-y-projection for the care of congruent sublimation, melting and evaporation in terms of tellurium in the system Cd-Zn-Te is also provided. Diffraction pattern confirming potentiality of the solid solution decomposition was produced

Приведен анализ существующих литературных сведений по p-T-x равновесиям, также проведены экспериментальные исследования давления пара в системе Cd-Zn-Te в области температур и давлений, наиболее интересной для проведения процессов кристаллизации. Представлена p-T-проекция p-T-x-y-фазовой диаграммы системы Cd-Zn-Te. Представлена также T-x-y-проекция для случая конгруэнтных сублимации, плавления и испарения по теллуру в системе Cd-Zn-Te. Получена дифрактограмма, подтверждающая возможность распада твердого раствораAdditional details
