The theory of the prompt neutrons emitted in fission reactions of low energy. Pt. 3

  • 1. Kozponti Fizikai Kutato Intezet, Budapest (Hungary)

Description

These chapters of the thesis contain the original results of the author. A general theory is given to describe the prompt neutrons emitted in low energy fission reactions. As a result the sawtooth like mass number dependence of the average number of the neutrons and the nearly symmetric dependence of their average energies are simultanously interpreted. It is also pointed out that the hypothesis of the so called scission neutrons is not reasonabale. (Sz.Z.)
