Construction and implementation of professional supervision system for reactor key equipment manufacture

Description
This paper discusses the construction and implementation effect of specialized supervision system for settling the difficulties of and monitoring of the key equipment manufacturing of the first reactor. The connotation of professional supervision is to set up a reasonable discipline supervision engineer and technical support team of experts, and a hierarchical supervision system, ensures the implementation of 'quality first' management system in the process of key equipment manufacturing. And monitoring plan must be prepared for such as the pressure vessel, which is primary monitoring equipment with high quality assurance of pressure boundary. Particularly, in the process of the manufacture of pressure vessel, it is necessary to focus on such as non plastic transition temperature test, to strict control the personnel of implementation process, to follow up the manufacturing cycle closely, and reporting to the owner to take measures to coordinate the manufacturing progress. The implementation of specialized supervision, ensures that the quality plan is a comprehensive review, and raw materials in the manufacture of key equipment is to meet the requirements of technical specification for procurement. Through the analysis of the observations and the memo, the manufacturing process of human, machine, material, method, ring, measurement of the various factors, the proportion of people accounted for 85%, accounting for the proportion of procedures for the 12.5%. The supervision engineer must control the nonconformity, to ensure that the equipment manufacturing quality can be traced; the Monitoring engineer must analyzes the quality trend, to ensure that the owners in time to grasp the major manufacturing difficulties; Monitoring engineer must analyzes the phase and cause of nonconformity, timely feedback to the owners, the owners urge the manufacturers to improve the quality of manufacturing, so that to avoid the three major categories nonconformity, less scrap products, and promote the improvement of efficiency. The quality trend analysis shows that the nonconformity concentration is generated during the process of key equipment manufacturing,the highest proportion of nonconformity in the manufacturing stage was 92.3%; the ratio of first class nonconformity is 68.9%, the ratio of Second types nonconformity is 0.6%, the ratio of internal nonconformity is 30.5%; Human factors and materials are the main factors leading to the nonconformity, the material is 69.1%, because human factors is 21.2%; The components and the implementation of the specialized supervision system effectively coordinate the contradiction between 'quality first' and 'progress rigidity'.
