Isothermal cross-section of phase diagram of Bi2O3-BiI3-TeO2 system at 500 deg C

Description
X-ray phase analysis is used to study phase ratios in Bi2O3-BiI3TeO2 system. This system phase diagram isothermal cross section (500 deg C) is constructed. Besides the earlier described one more (0.35±0.017)Bi2O3x(0.05±0.02)xBiI3x(0.60±0.007)TeO2 bismuth-tellurium oxyiodide is detected. Its unit cell parameters are determined. All known bismuth-tellurium oxyiodides are investigated for the laser radiation second harmonic generation effect
