Description
The Allianz Versicherungs AG offers a comprehensive technical service along with its insurance coverage. The paper describes the nuclear materials laboratory of the Allianz Zentrum fuer Technik and exemplifies its activities by demonstrating its NPP investigations undertaken in the fields of damage analysis and preventive testing. Methods included scanning electron microscopy of the slide seal of a main coolant pump, laser speckle photography of a superheater pipe, vibration measurement at the pipeline of a volume control system, and loose-part monitoring at the primary loop of LWRs. Die Allianz Versicherungs AG bietet neben dem Versicherungsschutz einen umfassenden technischen Service. Das kerntechnische Werkstofflabor des Allianz-Zentrums fuer Technik wird beschrieben. Die Arbeitsweise ist an Untersuchungsbeispielen aus KKW auf dem Gebiet der Schadensanalyse und der vorbeugenden Prueftechnik erlaeutert. Als Beispiele dienen die Rasterelektronenmikroskopie an der Gleitringdichtung einer Hauptkuehlmittelpumpe, die Laser-Speckler-Fotografie an einem Ueberhitzerrohr, die Schwingungsmessung an der Rohrleitung eines Volumenregelsystems und die Koerperschallmessung am Primaerkreislauf von LWR.
