during the present century, it has frequently been the experience that successive applications of heavy metals and radionuclides in all life directions . also the high level of the artificial production of radio isotopes and the nuclear accidents as Chernobyl reactor explosion which was the most danger and contamination of the environment in the last decades of this century. these activities produces large quantities of wastes which cause. heavy contamination to the environment. So, the looking for a mean to the soil water and/or air decontamination is very important aim. this thesis aims to the isolation of some fungal isolate,which can accumulate high concentrations of have metals, and/or radionuclides, which may be use in the biological decontamination of the environment
