Plasma instability of an ion source. (II) The three routes to chaos in the plasma sheath
Description
In this paper the well-known three routes to chaos which coexist in the plasma-sheath model are found as the three control parameters are varied, respectively. Some problems of plasma instability in ion sources are discussed
