Description
Results of the investigation of photoluminence and Raman scattering in undoped γ-La2S3 single crystals, as well as the kinetics of Nd ion 4F3/2 level decay in these crystals are given. The distortion of Nd ion 4F3/2 level decay curve under light excitation of wavelength λ=0.53 μm has been explained.
