Observation of T inner hole states in 207Pb

Description
The 208Pb(tau,α)207Pb experiment at E(tau)=101.75 MeV reveals fine structure in the bump around 8.3 MeV where approximately 40% of the 1hsub(11/2) (T<) inner neutron hole strength is measured. Cross-section beyond approximately 10 MeV is tentatively assigned to 1g shell pick-up. T(>)=45/2 isobaric analog hole states are identified around E(x)=20 MeV
