Bulk-surface correlation of characteristics in a high-temperature superconductor YBa2Cu3O7-y

Description
Phase transformations in the YBa2Cu3O7-y superconductor in the range of 77-300 K were investigated by the methods of ultraacoustics and recoil effect. Synchronous temperature changes of bulk-surface properties in the temperature range of 90, 110, 140, 170, 265 and 300 K were detected
