For several years, Electricite de France has carried out probabilistic assessment of accident sequences for nuclear power plants. In the framework of this program many methods were developed. As the interest in these studies was increasing and as adapted methods were developed, Electricite de France has undertaken a probabilistic safety assessment of a nuclear power plant

Depuis plusieurs annees, Electricite de France effectue des etudes ayant pour but d'evaluer de maniere probabiliste des scenarios d'accident de centrales nucleaires.
