Description
A superconducing film has been made with ohmic heating co-evaporation technique. The preliminary results are as follows: the onset temperature of superconducing transition is 96K, the zero resistance temperature is 78.6 K, and the width of the transition is 12 K (10% to 90% of normal resistance). Various physical parameters including the room temperature resisitance and superconducting Tc show that the sample is anisotropic. The measurement of R(T) also shows that there is a minimum resistance above Tc, which probably relates to localization of electrons and removal of oxygen atoms
