Description
The responsible national standardization body is the working committee NA 062-08-22 AA "Industrial radiographic testing" in the DIN Standards Committee Materials Testing (NMP). This document defines the terms used in the field of computed tomography (CT). It contains not only terms specific to computed tomography, but also more general terms that apply across the board to imaging and radiographic imaging. The definitions for some of these terms represent discussion points with the aim of bringing the respective terms into a more specific context with computed tomography. The following changes have been made compared to DIN EN ISO 15708-1:2019-09: a) Correction of term 3.8.

Das zuständige nationale Normungsgremium ist der Arbeitsausschuss NA 062-08-22 AA "Industrielle Durchstrahlungsprüfung" im DIN-Normenausschuss Materialprüfung (NMP). Dieses Dokument legt die auf dem Gebiet der Computertomographie (CT) verwendeten Begriffe fest. Es enthält nicht nur für die Computertomographie spezifische Begriffe, sondern auch allgemeinere Begriffe, die übergreifend für die bildliche Darstellung und Durchstrahlung gelten. Die Definitionen für einige dieser Begriffe stellen Diskussionspunkte dar, mit dem Ziel, die jeweiligen Begriffe in einen spezifischeren Zusammenhang mit Computertomographie zu bringen.
