Growth and research of electrophysical properties of polymorphic modification of TiSe

Full text : Differential-thermal, roentgen phase, microstructural analyses in TiSe-Se system are investigated. Alloys TiSe-Se system from side of TiSe the diagram of a condition of system is constructed. On basis of TiSe the area of solubility reaching at eutectic temperature 7.0 at. percent, at room temperature of 5.0 at. percent Se. Thermogram alloys of system TiSe-Se with 3.0-6.0 at. percent Se structural phase transition is found out at temperature 470 K. It is shown that the structure of samples of the specified system corresponds to the ordered structures on the basis of structure TiSe. The spatial group of symmetry of an alloy of structure (TiSe) 0.96-Se0.04 corresponds. The specified updating is steady at temperatures bellow 470 K and is higher than the given temperature turns to tetragonal updating. Researches of electroconductivity in a temperature range 120-450 K have shown that again found out updating TiSe shows a metal course of conductivity up to temperature 420 K with characteristic features damping conductivity
