Chemiluminescence determination of vanadium using 9, 10-dimethylacridinium methylsulfate
Description
Methods for chemiluminescence determination of vanadium according to its catalytic action on chemiluminescence oxidation of 9, 10-dimethylacridinium methylsul'fate (1) with hydrogen peroxide in highly-acid medium are described. Optimal conditions for catalytic action of vanadium (5) are 10.1 M H2SO4; 7.5x10-5 M 1; 1.75x10-2 M H2O2. Sensitivity of determination is 50 ng/ml. Relative standard deviation is 0.025-0.050. 9 refs
