Multiple-scale technique and the frequency operator for anharmonic oscillators

  • 1. Cequinor (Conicet), Departamento de Quimica, Facultad de Ciencias Exactas, UNLP, Calle 47 y 115, Casilla de Correo 962, 1900 La Plata (Argentina)

Description

We investigate the connection between a multiple-scale approach recently applied to anharmonic oscillators to avoid secular terms in the time-dependent perturbation series, and a frequency-operator method developed earlier for the same purpose
