Description

The effects of live steam and intermediate superheating temperature on turbine and power unit efficiency during the Lovicsa-2 NPP testing in Finland is considered. Computer was used to support the basic parameters and assigned operating schedule. The range of parameter change was in the limits, tolerable by instruction manual. Test dUration was equal to 1-2 h, schedule stabilization was 1 h. It is shown, that change of live steam pressure in 4.05-4.65 MPa range didn't effect on power unit efficiency under 80-100% loading change of the steam intermediate superheating temperature by 21.2 deg C (from 246.6 daon to 225.4 deg C) didn't change power unit efficiency. Corrections of electric capacity for deviation of steam pressure in condenser, obtained during two turbine testing agree. Tests have shown that the real moisture separation in the turbine high-pressure cylinder as more effective, than calculated one. Tests have confirmed, that the estimation of the unit efficiency change with 0.1-0.2% error is oossible by means of a computerized measuring system. Calculated crror of specific heat het flow rate determination with 0.95 confidence probability equals +-0.71%
