Remote sensing geological interpretation and metallogenetic prediction in Beishan priority gold metallogenetic area

Description
Strata, structures, magmatic rocks, alterations and gold mineralization pattern in the study area have been studied by comprehensive processing and interpretation of TM and Jianbing-1A satellite images, aeromagnetic and aeroradiometric survey data, together with the results from field checking and predecessors' understanding of Au-mineralization regularities. Geological information related with gold mineralization such as stratigraphic succession, structural period, dissecting related with gold mineralization such as stratigraphic succession, structural period, dissecting depth of fault structures, magmatic rocks and alterations have been comprehensively extracted. Finally, evidence-weight-right analysis is used for composite processing of the information and 9 favourable sites of gold mineralization have been obtained
