TDPAC studies in the semiconductors SnO2 and Cu2O

Description
We present here preliminary TDPAC results on the semiconductors SnO2 and Cu2O in the temperature range 17-1200 K, using 111Cd. We discuss the presence of a time-dependent interaction associated to EC aftereffects processes in terms of the specific character (acceptor/donor) of the impurity. (orig.)
