Communicating power meters (Linky). Ademe's opinion papers
Description
This opinion paper presents 'Linky', the new communicating power meter for households, and emphasizes its benefits for the individuals as well as for all the actors of the power grid and for the development of renewable energy sources, in particular the photovoltaic self-consumption. The meter will also optimize the charging of electric-powered vehicles for a better control of consumption peaks.
