Studies of texture and morphology of superconducting ceramic surfaces

Description
The methods of X-ray analysis and scanning electron microscopy have been used to study the phase and structural state and morphology of the surface of superconducting ceramics La1.8Sr0.2CuO4 and Y1.2Ba0.8CuO4. Histograms for distribution of typical elements of the ceramics structure by sizes are constructed with estimation of the ceramics porosity
