Description
In the momentum distribution of π+ mesons from the reaction π++A(C, Xe)→π+/sub back/ +kp(k = 0,1,2...)+A' we have observed a narrow maximum in the small-momentum region similar to that observed previously [I. I. Vorob'ev, L. S. Novikov, and A. F. Buzulutsov, Sov. J. Nucl. Phys. 36, 243 (1982)] with poorer statistics for π- mesons
