Fast signal processing system design of wire scanner

Description
A fast signal processing system was designed to improve the resolution and shorten measurement time of wire scanner. High speed continuous sample and resample are applied, fitting range can be determined automatically, weight of key points is enhanced. It is found that the system can increase signal to noise ratio, filter glitch, reduce fitting residual and improve measurement resolution. The beam position measurement resolution is 48.3 μm, size measurement resolution is 38.5 μm, the data processing time is about 150 ms. (authors)
