Description
It is necessary to limit the rate of bias voltage measurement of semiconductor detector (SCD) by a value equal to several dozen volt per minute for normal work of SCD. A universal digital voltage regulator which can be used with any voltage source is described. The maximal regulated voltage is 2.5 kV at a μA loading current. Voltage polarity can be different. Regulation is exercised by stages <= 10 V. Rate of pulse rise and pulse decay equals approximately 50 V/min
