Electron structure anisotropy in equivalent crystallographic directions of W-C single crystals

Description
The atomic content of C (1.5x10-3 and 1.5x10-1 at.%) and high temperature annealing in the ultrahigh vacuum are studied for their effect on parameters of electron-positron annihilation and dislocation structure of W single crystals in the equivalent crystallograp directions along and perpendicular to the growth axis
