Description

Standard supports have the safety-related task of transmitting forces from the supported component to the load-bearing part of the plant. Movable standard supports should also make relative movement possible. The aim of this regulation is to achieve simplification of the suitability tests of standard supports by standardising the requirements. Apart from these requirements, Part 3 deals with manufacture and testing and the requirements for mounting and setting to work. The regulation also contains specifications for repeated testing and maintenance and the documentation of standard supports. (orig./HP)

Abstract (German)

Standardhalterungen haben die sicherheitstechnische Aufgabe, Kraefte vom gehaltenen Bauteil auf die lastabtragenden Anlagenteile zu uebertragen. Bewegliche Standardhalterungen sollen zusaetzlich Relativbewegungen ermoeglichen. Ziel dieser Regel ist es, durch Vereinheitlichung der Anforderungen fuer die Eignungspruefung von Standardhalterungen eine Vereinfachung zu erreichen. Neben den Anforderungen behandelt Teil 3 die Herstellung und Pruefungen sowie die Anforderungen an Montage und Inbetriebsetzung; ausserdem enthaelt die Regel Festlegungen auf wiederkehrende Pruefungen und Wartung sowie auf die Dokumentation von Standardhalterungen.
