Interconnection between cold cracks and value of microscopic stresses
Description
A study was made on the effect of hydrogen on microscopic stresses and work function of electron using commercial steels with different carbon content (10Kh13, 20Kh13, 30Kh13, 40Kh13, 17Kh3SNMVFA, 28Kh3SNMVFA, 43Kh3SNMVFA). It is shown, that it is possible to judge the tendency of these steels to cold crack formation by microscopic stress and defect density
