Description
After giving a brief description of the biological and radiotoxicological properties of tritium, the authors consider the methods of treating contamination by tritiated water and in particular extra renal purification methods. They propose a method for interpreting peritoneal dialysis and present a study of six cases which makes it possible to envisage, for a normal man, a biological treatment period of about 13 hours. Haemodialysis, studied in six cases only, should make it possible to reduce this period to under 4 hours. In conclusion the authors propose a practical method which takes into account the degree of contamination. (authors)
Abstract (French)
(auteurs)Files
