In recent years, engineering in general and specific technologies, such as chemical and process engineering in particular are entering every aspect of human existence. Therefore, the administration of justice is put in the position to examine the effects of technology on the general public and the individual on the one hand, but on the other hand, has created a readiness of undivided states to control technical installations, devices and products through legislation and its execution. Abstract (German)
Zunehmend werden die Technik allgemein bzw. speziell die Technologie, also die Verfahrenstechnik, zu allen Bereichen des menschlichen Lebens in Beziehung gesetzt. Daher wird einerseits auch verstaerkt an die Rechtsordnung die Aufgabe herangetragen, die Technik mit ihren Auswirkungen auf die Allgemeinheit und den Einzelnen in den Rechtsvorschriften zu regeln und andererseits die Bereitschaft der einzelnen Staaten zur Regelung technischer Anlagen, Geraete und Produkte durch Rechtsetzung und Rechtsanwendung hervorgerufen.
