αBiOyF3-2y-based tysonite solid solutions as characterized by X-ray diffraction and impedance spectroscopy

Description
One prepared α-BiOyF3-2y base Bi1-xMx(O,F)3-d (M = Na, Sr, Nd tysonite-like solid solutions by the solid-phase synthesis under 873 K followed by the ice water hardening. The heterovalent substitution occurring simultaneously in Mn+→Bi3+ and O2-→F- cation and anion sublattices enabled to ensure the content variation of the anion vacancies. The solid solutions were investigated by means of the X-ray diffractometry and the impedance spectroscopy. One revealed the homogeneity ranges of the tysonite-like solid solutions and proposed the triangulation schemes of BiF3,-BiOF-NaBiF4 and BiF3-BiOF-SrF2 systems (under 873 K) and a scheme of the subsolidus segment of BiO0.1F2.8-NdF3 system phase diagram. Within BiO0.1F2.8-NdF3 system the temperature of P3-barc1, Z= 6 (II) tysonite low-symmetrical modification transition into P63/mmc, Z = 2 (I) high-symmetrical one drops as the content of the anion vacancies increases. The conductivity was measured within 300-523 K temperature range and within 5-1 x 106 Hz frequency range. Within BiO0.1F2.8-NdF3 system the content increase of the bismuth ions and of the anion vacancies contributes to the conductivity of the specimens

Тисонитоподобные твердые растворы Bi1-xMx(O,F)3-d (М = Na, Sr, Nd) на основе α-BiOyF3-2y получены твердофазным синтезом при 873 K с последующим закаливанием в воду со льдом. Использование гетеровалентного замещения одновременно в катионной и анионной подрешетках Мn+→Bi3+ и O2-→F- позволило варьировать содержание анионных вакансий. Твердые растворы исследованы методами рентгенографии и импедансной спектроскопии. Установлены области гомогенности тисонитоподобных твердых растворов; предложены схемы триангуляции систем (при 873 K) BiF3,-BiOF-NaBiF4 и BiF3-BiOF-SrF2 и схема субсолидусной части фазовой диаграммы системы BiO0.1F2.8-NdF3. В системе BiO0.1F2.8-NdF3 температура перехода низкосимметричной модификации тисонита P3-barc1, Z= 6 (II) в высокосимметричную модификацию Р63/mmc, Z = 2 (I) уменьшается при увеличении содержания анионных вакансий. Измерения проводимости выполнены в температурном интервале 300-523 K в диапазоне частот 5-1 х 106 Гц. В системе ВiO0.1F2.8-NdF3 увеличение содержания ионов висмута и анионных вакансий увеличивает проводимость образцовAdditional details
