Study on superconducting accelerating cavities, 2
Description
Several kinds of input couplers for the superconducting accelerating cavities of 500 MHz have been tested at the room temperature. The coaxial probe and coaxial magnetic probe (loop) coupling system with a stub called field transformer could give the external Q value of about 104, which is low enough for TRISTAN e+e- ring.
