The system GeTe-YbTe

Description
By the differential thermal analysis, X-ray phase analysis and measuring microhardness the GeTe-YbTe system is studied. It is established that the GeTe-YbTe system is quasibinary and belongs to the eutectic type. The 47 mol.% of YbTe and 923 K temperature conforms to eutectics
