Synthesis and properties of bicomplex compounds of ruthenium and palladium

Description
The bicomplex ruthenium and palladium compounds, wherein the RuNO(+3) fragment is ether in the anion or cation parts of the [Pd(NH3)4][RuNOCl], [Pd(NH3)4][RuNO(NO2)4OH], [RuNO(NH3)4][PdCl4] compounds composition are synthesized. Composition and structure of the compounds and also of their thermal decay products are established on the basis of the data obtained through the derivatography, thermal, X-ray phase and element analyses. It is determined that by heating the [Pd(NH3)4][RuNOCl5] there takes place the exchange of NH3 molecules and Cl- ions between the cation and anion parts of the complex with formation of trans-[Pd(NH3)2Cl2] and trans-[RuNO(NH3)2Cl3] compounds.
