Unitarity violation in broken QCD with 27 colored Higgs scalars
Description
On the basis of leading-order renormalization-group equations we analyze the 'glow' model of broken QCD with colored scalars in the 27 representation of SU(3). We show that this model violates unitarity within the presently testable energy range. Thus it is ruled out as an acceptable candidate for a theory of strong interactions. (orig.)
