Description

In the process of commission in nuclear power units, the safety of personnel and equipment is particularly important. In order to keep the works smoothly, the tagout system for commissioning personnel, maintenance applicant, maintenance engineers, operation manager and clearance manager can provide safe and efficient security isolation boundaries. In the commission process of Tianwan unit 3 and 4, a safety tagout system is designed and developed for commissioning based on SAP. It effectively integrates the work orders, optimize the isolation algorithm and tag hanging, and BPM technology is used to realize the approval process. On the basis of ensuring the safety of nuclear power units, and the work efficiency is improved effectively. (authors)
