Energy relaxation process of electrons on the surface of Hollow nanocylinder

Description

Full text : The energy relaxation processes for the non-equilibrium electrons has been studied on the surface of the semiconductor hollow nanocylinder with the emission of optical phonons at low temperatures. The general analytical expressions have been obtained for the relaxation time of the non-equilibrium electron energy in arbitrary value of the ratio of NCradius to the polaron radius. It has been carried out the theoretical calculation of the energy relaxation time. It has also been shown the dependence of the transition frequency on the ratio for the different relaxation processes
