Specifically 14C-labelled thymines: [methyl,2-14C]thymine, [2-14C]thymine, [methyl-14C]thymine
Description
The preparation is described of compounds [methyl,2-14C]thymine, [methyl-14C]thymine and [2-14C]thymine. The molar activity of these radioactive preparations should be 1.85 GBq/mmol for [2-14C]thymine and [methyl-14C]thymine and 3.7 GBq/mmol for [methyl,2-14C]thymine. Testing methods are described as well as packaging, transport and storage of these preparations. (E.S.)
