Method for determining fast α particle confinement in tokamak plasma using resonant nuclear reactions

Description
Consideration is being given to possibilities of using resonant nuclear reactions D(α, γ)6Li, 6Li(α, γ)10B, 7Li(α, γ)11B for investigation of fast α-particle confinement in tokamak plasma by detection of corresponding γ-radiation. Applicability of suggested method for D-T plasma diagnostics in TFTR tokamak under conditions when the input power equals the power of thermonuclear energy release was analyzed
