Turbulent diffusion coefficients of toroidal plasmas

Description
The difussion coefficient of a plasma with density gradient-produced fluctuations was calculated. Two different methods of deriving the diffusion coefficients were used. Then, the condition that two methods yield the same result is used to determine the phase angle a between the density and the potential fluctuations. The result shows the pseudo-classical diffusion coefficients. Agreement with experimentally determined plasma confinement times is satisfactory.
