Description
Cosmic proton fluxes with Ep≥100 MeV and Ep≥500 MeV energies are observed using the SEhZ-2 spectrometer installed at the Prognoz-8 satellite in January-September, 1981. A good correlation of the SEhZ-2 readings and those of high-latitude neutron monitors is established. The obtained result can be explained either by a negligible contribution of electrons with Ee≥20 MeV energy into the SEhZ-2 counting rate, or by the similar proton and electron modulation character
