Order project on various arrangements in the nuclear field. Position note. ANCCLI's opinion and propositions

After having recalled some elements of context related to the order project proposed for public consultation by the Ministry of ecology and regarding various arrangements in the nuclear domain (adaptation of the Code of the Environment, strengthening of ASN's competencies and powers, and transposition of a European directive on the management of spent nuclear fuels and radioactive wastes), this publication comments, discusses and sometimes criticizes the content of this order project. Several articles belonging to the different chapters of this order project are thus addressed. The main themes correspond to chapter titles: A responsible and safe management of spent fuels and radioactive wastes; Nuclear safety, transparency and base nuclear installations; Nuclear activities falling within the Code of Public Health; Control and graduated sanctions of arrangements related to the protection of nuclear materials
