Technigue tuning streamer chambers

Description

A technique for tuning streamer chambers presupposing chamber irradiation by a narrow-collimated beam of pulsed x radiation and subsequent observation and photo taking of the streamers is described. The suggested technique permits to exercise chamber tuning outside accelerator beam and to scan the chamber by volume at similar efficiency in any place of the working region and at any angles. Besides, time and volume of works at tuning are reduced
