Description
Prenatal USG examination was in the fetus of mothers without anamnestic sights at the age of 31 gestational weeks revealed bilateral hydroureteronephrosis, ascites and a hydrocele. To specify the morphological picture and its causes in the gestation week 36 indicated fetal MR examination, which found dilatation of the hollow system of both kidneys. Postnatal USG examination confirmed bilateral hydroureteronephrosis; fluid collection around right kidneys, ascites and right-sided fluidothorax become postnatal no longer displayed. The bladder was displayed in cystography with wavy edges with the image of small diverticules and with a post-migration residue, as well as passive vesicle-ureteral reflux grade 4 right and dilated proximal urethra. Cystoscopic examination confirmed the diagnosis valve of the posterior urethra and its ablation was implemented. (author)
