Kinetics of reactions of Np and Pu ions with hydrazine derivatives
Description
Kinetics of Np(6) reduction by allyl-, formyl- and acetylhydrazine in HNO3 and HClO2 aqueous solutions was studied. Kinetic equations of studied reactions are suggested, and their mechanism is discussed. Values of activation energy, enthalpy, entropy and free activation energy for these reactions were calculated. Correlation of rate constants with induction effects of radicals-substituents in hydrazine molecule is noted
