Description

The autoradiography is mainly used for medical imaging purposes as well as for the distribution of activity in molecular biology and radiopharmaceutical research. For metrological purposes, an autoradiography can be used to assess the homogeneity of standards and samples, but also to measure activity. The paper summarizes the basic knowledge of the imaging method using the BAS-MS 2025 memory foil on the Typhoon 9210 and the results of the first EM and EC type measurements with radionuclides 241Am, 137Cs and 204Tl.
