Description
This article assesses the dose of the workers who participated in the remedial action in uranium gangue warehouse, the main exposure pathways to the workers in this remedial action are radon and radon progeny, gangue dust and γ irradiation. Considering the maximum exposure situation is that the workers had been working on the uncovered gangue all through the process of the remedial action, and the protective effects of machineries and facilities are ignored. The result of dose calculation indicates that the workers' effective dose is 5.93 mSv/a. (authors)
