Description
Purpose: To reduce the production of corroded product of a primary system of a reactor and to reduce the exposure of an operator. Constitution: A steel material which contains more than 0.5 % of chromium element is employed for a cross-around line for communicating a high pressure turbine with a low pressure turbine and a moisture separator, and pipes and equipments contacted with high moisture steam at the bleed line between the high pressure turbine and a feedwater heater, the body side of a feedwater heater, the bleed line between the low pressure turbine and a condenser heater, and the body side of the condenser heater. In this manner, the production of corroded product can be suppressed, and the exposure of an operator can be reduced. (Yoshihara, H.)
