Do scattering effects resolve the 17-keV conundrum?
Description
Recent developments in pursuance of the 17-keV neutrino are summarized. While electron scattering effects are a likely culprit for the anomalies observed in β decay measurements at Oxford, missing links remain. Further experimental efforts are required to clarify the issue
